Third-Party Services
We use the following services to deliver our services. Your personal data may be processed by these service providers acting on our behalf:
LinkedIn (Microsoft Corporation, USA): Lead generation and initial signup
Monday.com (monday.com Ltd, Israel/USA): CRM, lead generation, and contact management. Your quiz responses are stored securely in our Monday.com CRM and are not shared with third parties beyond our service providers.
MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Lithuania/USA): Email delivery and newsletter management
Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC, USA): Email delivery and contact management
Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation, USA): Internal data processing and storage
n8n (n8n GmbH, Germany): Workflow automation. This service processes data to route it between systems but does not store your personal information. Only anonymous timestamps are retained for service improvement purposes.
Framer (Framer B.V., Netherlands): Website hosting
We do not share your personal information with any other third parties beyond these service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers are based in or process data in the United States and other countries outside the UK. When your data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:
To the USA: We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK government for transfers to MailerLite, Mailchimp, Microsoft 365, and Monday.com. These providers have also implemented supplementary security measures to ensure your data receives adequate protection.
Within the EEA: Transfers to service providers in EU/EEA countries (Lithuania, Netherlands, Germany) benefit from the UK's adequacy regulations recognising these territories as providing adequate data protection.
To Israel: Monday.com processes data in Israel, which is recognised by UK regulations as providing adequate data protection standards.
All our service providers are contractually obligated to process your data securely and only in accordance with our instructions.
